These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of janulab.com (the "Site") and any software products distributed by Janulab ("Products"). By accessing the Site or using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Janulab
Janulab is an independent software vendor operating as a sole proprietorship. Janulab publishes the Site and distributes Products through authorized marketplaces — currently CodeCanyon (Envato Market).
2. Product licenses
Each Product is licensed to you under the terms shipped in its LICENSE file together with the marketplace's standard licensing terms (e.g. Envato's Regular License or Extended License for CodeCanyon purchases). Those terms control over anything inconsistent in this document.
In summary: you may use a Product on the number of end-products permitted by your purchased license, you may not redistribute or resell the source code, and you may not use it to build a competing SaaS for public resale.
3. The Site
The Site exists to describe Products, host documentation links, and provide a contact channel. It does not offer user accounts. You may not use the Site to scrape data at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or designed to abuse the contact form.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, design, logos, illustrations) is owned by Janulab or licensed to it. Product source code is licensed, not sold. The "Janulab" name and the "Porta Booking" name are trademarks of Janulab.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the Products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Janulab does not warrant that the Site or Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Janulab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the Products. Janulab's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Third-party services
Products may integrate with third-party services (for example Stripe for payments, Twilio for messaging) that you configure with your own credentials. Janulab is not responsible for the availability, terms, pricing, or behavior of those services. Your use of them is governed by their respective agreements.
8. Support
Product support is provided per the support window described on the marketplace listing and is limited to bug fixes and product guidance. Custom development, third-party integrations not built into the Product, and unsupported environments are not covered.
9. Refunds
Refunds for Product purchases are handled per our Refund Policy, which incorporates CodeCanyon's Standard Refund Policy.
10. Termination
Janulab may suspend or discontinue the Site or any Product at any time and without notice. License rights you have already paid for survive discontinuation per their original terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
Janulab may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for a reasonable period. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be resolved in the competent courts of Taiwan, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
